We are proud to announce that out of tens of thousands of organizations, Momentive has won 4 Comparably Awards in the Large Company category. These awards recognize both our company culture and leadership: 

A workplace culture and compensation monitoring site, Comparably evaluates companies based on anonymous sentiment ratings provided by employees. Nearly 20 core culture metrics are assessed, from leadership and work environment to compensation, and the awards that Momentive earned this quarter represent Comparably’s biggest awards of the year.

These honors are especially meaningful since they’re determined based on the feedback and lived experiences of our employees—and reflect our company’s mission, vision, and values. At Momentive, we have a company-wide dedication to creating a culture that’s open to all, where every employee feels empowered and supported.
