Green line

We are proud to announce that out of tens of thousands of organizations, Momentive has won 4 Comparably Awards in the Large Company category. These awards recognize both our company culture and leadership:

  • Best Company for Diversity
  • Best Company Culture
  • Best Company for Women
  • Best CEO

A workplace culture and compensation monitoring site, Comparably evaluates companies based on anonymous sentiment ratings provided by employees. Nearly 20 core culture metrics are assessed, from leadership and work environment to compensation, and the awards that Momentive earned this quarter represent Comparably’s biggest awards of the year.

These honors are especially meaningful since they’re determined based on the feedback and lived experiences of our employees—and reflect our company’s mission, vision, and values. At Momentive, we have a company-wide dedication to creating a culture that’s open to all, where every employee feels empowered and supported. We believe meeting our diversity, equity, and inclusion goals is just as important as meeting our financial goals, and we strive to embody that belief in how we lead, how we work together, and how we do business.

We’re thrilled that our employees feel our culture and leadership live up to those values and we look forward to continuing the work to make Momentive tech’s most inclusive workplace.
