Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer
Antoine joined Momentive in 2021 to lead the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and social impact initiatives. Previously, he was chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer at Year Up—a nonprofit that helps young adults gain the skills to reach their potential. He also held DEI leadership roles at Gap Inc., Symantec, and Nike, where he built multi-year DEI strategies and held leadership accountable for systemic change. He has expertise in talent development, executive coaching, cultural learning, and social impact and diversity. Antoine is a native of Newark, New Jersey, and a Rutgers-Newark graduate.
Chief Legal Officer & Secretary
Lora joined Momentive in 2017 and leads the company’s legal, equity, and compliance teams and initiatives. Previously, she served as vice president, legal-corporate at LinkedIn, where she managed corporate securities, governance, M&A, and international subsidiary matters for the legal team. She led internal teams on the company’s IPO, all of its M&A, and its $26.2 billion sale to Microsoft. Before that, Lora was in private practice for over 10 years, serving as a partner in capital markets at Jones Day and a shareholder at Heller Ehrman. Lora has a J.D. from UCLA and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
General Manager, SurveyMonkey
As GM of the surveys business, Samantha helps customers leverage feedback to solve their biggest business challenges. She joined Momentive as a product leader in 2013 to architect its Enterprise offering. Previously, she spent 15 years in Product Management roles at Facebook, Intuit, FanSnap, and Yahoo, where she built and led teams that created innovative consumer and enterprise products. She also worked on the Corporate Development team at Autodesk, driving M&A integration and strategy initiatives. She has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Hertfordshire and an M.B.A. from the University of Oxford.
Senior Vice President, Sales
Linda is senior vice president of sales at Momentive, where she leads the global surveys sales teams. Before joining Momentive in 2018, Linda led worldwide go-to-market for Creative Cloud consumer and SMB sales at Adobe. Before that, she spent 14 years at eBay in leadership positions in marketing, sales, operations, and finance, as well as category and regional GM roles. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Vancouver and London offices. She has an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, is a Canadian CPA, and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
Chief People Officer
Becky joined Momentive in 2011 and drives its candidate and employee experience. Previously, she spent over 11 years at Yahoo in various HR leadership roles. At Yahoo, she was HR partner for the advertising product group and search and marketplaces organizations and HR partner to the CMO and sales/marketing organizations. She also spent 8 years on M&A and held multiple roles in talent acquisition. Before Yahoo, Becky was at Nordstrom for 8 years in sales, customer service, and HR. Becky received a B.A. in public administration from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
General Manager, Momentive
Priyanka (Pri) Carr joined Momentive in 2014. As GM of our market research business, she focuses on creating solutions that deliver high-quality insights to empower businesses to make decisions with speed and accuracy. She is also an executive sponsor of DEI efforts at Momentive. She previously led the strategy, corporate development, and partnerships function for Momentive. Prior, Pri led teams at Bain & Company in technology, media, telecommunication, and private equity practices. Pri is a researcher by training, with a Ph.D. in psychological science from Stanford University. She is the author of numerous publications on motivation, decision-making, and interpersonal dynamics.
Chief Research Officer
Jon joined Momentive in 2014. As Chief Research Officer, he brings years of research and data expertise to its solutions and advises on future innovations. Prior, he was VP of research at the Pew Research Center. He also led The Washington Post’s polling operation through two presidential campaigns and four congressional cycles as director of polling and polling editor. He serves on the executive council of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and is president of its Pacific chapter. Jon has an M.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in history from Johns Hopkins University.
Chief Research Officer
Justin joined the company in 2019 as vice president of finance and was promoted to senior vice president in early 2021, then Chief Financial Officer in June 2021. From 2016 to 2019, he held various finance leadership roles at Box, and before that, he had financial planning and analysis, strategy, and corporate development leadership positions at Autodesk. He began his career in technology investment banking, spending five years focusing on the software and SaaS industries. Justin is a CFA charterholder and has an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Chief Technology Officer
Robin joined Momentive in 2017. She leads engineering at Momentive and works closely with product, design, and data teams to help define its technical product vision. Previously, as senior vice president of product engineering at DocuSign, she expanded the engineering team using a scaled agile framework, built the product into a multi-product platform with a service-oriented architecture, and shifted the organization to a continuous integration delivery model. Before that, she was the vice president of engineering at Eventbrite. Robin earned her B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
Chief Customer Officer
Ken joined Momentive in 2020 and leads customer operations, customer success, professional services, and CX programs. Previously, he was vice president of customer success and analytics solutions at Neustar, a marketing analytics company. He was also SVP of worldwide professional services at Aspect Software. Under his tenure, Aspect was recognized by SPI research as one of the 2016 “Best of the Best Professional Services Organizations” based on performance. Ken has 20 years of leadership experience, an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Hampton University.
Tom joined Momentive in 2014 and oversees engineering, infrastructure, product, marketing, user experience, and international growth. Previously, he spent 6 years at HomeAway as chief product officer, then as chief operating officer, leading the company through IPO and acquisition by Expedia. Tom was also chief product officer at Linden Lab, where he redesigned the consumer experience of Second Life. Before that, he spent a decade at Macromedia and Adobe in various executive roles in general management, product management, and marketing. Tom is on the board of Cars.com, NoiseAware, and Rocket Reach and has a B.A. from Harvard University.
Chief Information Officer
Eric joined Momentive in 2019 and oversees its information technology vision and roadmap. He drives priorities around security, data infrastructure, business intelligence, and tools to support success at scale. Previously, he was CIO and SVP at both DocuSign and Talend. Before that, Eric spent 12 years at Informatica driving the vision and strategy for global off-shore support and delivery and architecting the support for its migration to a SaaS platform. He has a B.S. in Industrial Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Eric sits on the board of Larkin Street Youth Services.
Chief Executive Officer
Zander is CEO of Momentive and has been on its board of directors since 2009. Previously, he was SVP of entertainment at GoPro and has served on its board since 2016. Prior to that, Zander was SVP of strategic development at CBS Corporation via its acquisition of CNET Networks, where he was CFO and head of corporate development. He began his career in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan. He has a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.A. in political science from the University of Washington. Zander co-founded the nonprofit CoachArt, which serves chronically ill children and their siblings.
Chief Revenue Officer
John joined Momentive in 2017 and oversees its global sales organization. He previously spent 2 years at Adobe, where he was responsible for driving digital media sales across all customer segments: consumer, SMB, and enterprise. Before that, he was general manager of global sales and business development for Amazon Marketplace and spent 10 years with Oracle as vice president of applications sales and professional services for Latin America, based out of Santiago, Chile. John also served as a member of the Oracle LATAM Executive Committee. John holds a B.A. in English and history from Notre Dame de Namur University.
General Manager, GetFeedback
Craig joined the Momentive team through the 2019 acquisition of GetFeedback, where he served as chief executive officer. As GM of our customer experience business, he focuses on helping customers leverage feedback to shape high-quality experiences that set them apart. He previously served as the chief operating officer of Campaign Monitor and the senior vice president for pricing and operations at Salesforce. Craig holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in business and supply chain management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Chief Marketing Officer
Leela joined Momentive in 2018 and leads all marketing functions, including brand strategy, growth marketing, product marketing, and communications. She is the executive sponsor of The Queerious employee resource group at Momentive. Previously, she was CMO at Lever, where she oversaw marketing and employer branding. Before that, Leela was VP of marketing at OpenTable and director of marketing at LinkedIn, where she co-founded the Talent Connect conference. Leela serves on the board of UpWork. She earned her M.B.A. in general management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and her M.A. in history and English literature from the University of Edinburgh in her native Scotland.
