Lauren Antonoff
Former executive at GoDaddy and Microsoft

Lauren Antonoff served as President, Independents at GoDaddy from November 2019 to January 2022. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Vice President & General Manager, Presence and Commerce at GoDaddy from March 2015 to November 2019. Prior to GoDaddy, Lauren spent over 18 years at Microsoft Corporation serving in various program manager roles and most recently as Director, Program Management for SharePoint. She studied Rhetoric and Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

Susan L. Decker
CEO and Co-founder, Raftr

Susan (Sue) is the CEO and co-founder of Raftr, a communication platform for universities. Sue serves on the boards of Berkshire Hathaway Corporation, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Automattic, Vail Resorts, and Vox Media. Susan held various executive positions at Yahoo, including president and CFO. Before that, she spent 14 years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she was recognized by Institutional Investor magazine as a top-rated analyst for 10 consecutive years. Susan has a B.S. in computer science and economics from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where she was also entrepreneur-in-residence.

David Ebersman
Chair of the Board, Momentive; Co-founder & CEO, Lyra Health

David is co-founder and CEO of Lyra Health, a healthcare technology company. He is also on the board of directors of Castlight Health. Previously, he served as chief financial officer of Facebook, Inc. from 2009 through 2014. Prior to joining Facebook, David worked at Genentech, Inc. for 15 years in various positions, including executive vice president and CFO, senior vice president of product operations, and vice president of product development. David holds a B.A. in international relations and economics from Brown University and was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow in 2000.

Dana L. Evan
Chair of the audit committee, Momentive; former Venture Partner, Icon Ventures; former CFO, VeriSign

Dana has been a member of the board since 2012. She has invested in and served on the boards of companies in the internet, technology, and media sectors, and was a venture partner at Icon Ventures from 2013 to 2020. From May 1996 until July 2007, she served as chief financial officer of VeriSign, Inc. She currently serves on the boards of directors of Box, Domo, Farfetch, and Proofpoint. She has also served on the boards of Fusion-io, Everyday Health, Criteo, and Omniture. Dana holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Ryan Finley
Founder, SurveyMonkey

Ryan is the founder and creator of SurveyMonkey, the original product in the Momentive portfolio. He launched the company in 1999 as a part-time project out of his apartment—and successfully established SurveyMonkey as one of the leading survey platforms, used by individuals and organizations throughout the world. In addition to his role on the board at Momentive, Ryan also serves on the board of trustees of the Portland Art Museum. He studied computer science at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and his interests include architecture and design, food, and fine coffee.

Sagar Gupta
Senior Analyst and head of TMT Investing at Legion Partners

Sagar Gupta is a Senior Analyst and head of TMT Investing at Legion Partners, a value-oriented activist investment manager. Previously, Sagar was a member of the founding team at Finchwood Capital, a concentrated, long/short TMT equity hedge fund.  Prior to Finchwood, he was at Balyasny Asset Management, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he focused on TMT investing.  Before Balyasny, he was at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) as a member of the special situations and private debt investment teams. Sagar began his career as an investment banker with UBS.  He earned a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Beta Alpha Psi.

Erika H. James
Dean, Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

Erika became the dean of the Wharton School in 2020—the first woman and first person of color to be appointed dean in Wharton’s 139-year history. She is a leading expert on crisis leadership, workplace diversity, and management strategy. Before Wharton, she was dean of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School for six years. A recognized educator, consultant, and researcher, Erika has developed award-winning executive education programs, such as the Women’s Leadership program at the University of Virginia. She has a Ph.D. and master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in psychology from Pomona College.

Zander Lurie
Chief Executive Officer, Momentive

Zander is CEO of Momentive and a director on its board since 2009. Previously, he was SVP of entertainment at GoPro and has served on its board since 2016. Prior to that, Zander was SVP of strategic development at CBS Corporation via its acquisition of CNET Networks, where he was CFO and head of corporate development. He began his career in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan. He has a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.A. in political science from the University of Washington. Zander co-founded the nonprofit CoachArt, which serves chronically ill children and their siblings.

Sheryl Sandberg
Founder of Lean In and Option B

Sheryl is the author of the bestsellers “Lean In” and “Option B,” and founder of LeanIn.Org, a global community for empowering women. She spent 14 years as the COO at Meta, parent company of Facebook. Prior to Meta, Sheryl was VP of global online sales and operations at Google, chief of staff for the United States Treasury Department under President Clinton, a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and an economist with the World Bank. She received a B.A. summa cum laude from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Sheryl sits on the boards of Facebook, Women for Women International, and ONE.

Benjamin C. Spero
Managing Director, Spectrum Equity

Benjamin (Ben) has worked as a managing director at Spectrum Equity since 2001. Prior to joining Spectrum in 2001, he was a consultant at Bain & Company and a startup entrepreneur. He currently serves on the boards of directors of AllTrails, Headspace, OurFamilyWizard, Lucid Software, and The Knot Worldwide. He is also board chair at Destination: Home, a public-private partnership committed to ending homelessness in Santa Clara County. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
