Antoine Andrews
Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer
Antoine joined Momentive in 2021 to lead the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and social impact initiatives. Previously, he was chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at Year Up – a nonprofit that helps young adults gain the skills they need to reach their potential. He also held DEI leadership roles at Gap Inc., Symantec and Nike, where he built multi-year DEI strategies and held leadership accountable for systemic change. He has expertise in talent development, executive coaching, cultural learning, and social impact and diversity. Antoine is a native of Newark, New Jersey, and a Rutgers-Newark graduate.
Lora Blum
Chief Legal Officer & Secretary
Lora joined Momentive in 2017 and leads the company’s legal, equity and compliance teams and initiatives. Previously, she served as vice president, legal-corporate at LinkedIn, where she managed corporate securities, governance, M&A and international subsidiary matters for the legal team. She led internal teams on the company’s IPO, all of its M&A and its $26.2 billion sale to Microsoft. Before that, Lora was in private practice for over 10 years, serving as a partner in capital markets at Jones Day and a shareholder at Heller Ehrman. Lora has a J.D. from UCLA and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Becky Cantieri
Chief People Officer
Becky joined Momentive in 2011 and drives its candidate and employee experience. Previously, she spent over 11 years at Yahoo in various HR leadership roles. At Yahoo, she was HR partner for the advertising product group and search and marketplaces organisations and HR partner to the CMO and sales/marketing organisations. She also spent eight years on M&A and held multiple roles in talent acquisition. Before Yahoo, Becky was at Nordstrom for eight years in sales, customer service and HR. Becky received a B.A. in public administration from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.
Priyanka Carr
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer, Pri ties together the functions responsible for building great products (Product, Design, Methodology, Research), bringing them to market (Product Marketing, Pricing, Strategic Partnerships, Product Operations) and driving our scaled self-service channel so that Momentive can deliver deep, seamless value to all our customers. Prior to being named COO, Pri was the General Manager of our market research business, responsible for scaling its product and go-to-market functions. Having joined Momentive in 2014, she has held many roles, including leading strategy, corporate development, business operations, partnerships and pricing. Prior to her tenure at Momentive, Pri led teams at Bain & Company focused on innovation, analytics, go-to-market scaling, and transformation for technology and private equity companies. She was also a prolific researcher and author who innovated on motivation, bias and interpersonal dynamics. Pri holds a Ph.D. in psychological science from Stanford University and a B.A. from Williams College.
Robin Ducot
Chief Technology Officer
Robin joined Momentive in 2017. She leads engineering at Momentive and works closely with product, design and data teams to help define its technical product vision. Previously, as senior vice president of product engineering at DocuSign, she expanded the engineering team using a scaled agile framework, built the product into a multi-product platform with a service-oriented architecture and shifted the organisation to a continuous integration delivery model. Before that, she was the vice president of engineering at Eventbrite. Robin earned her B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
Ken Ewell
Chief Customer Officer
Ken joined Momentive in 2020. He oversees the global sales organisation and leads Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Operations. Previously, he was Vice President of Customer Success and Analytics Solutions at Neustar, a marketing analytics company. He was also SVP of Worldwide Professional Services at Aspect Software. Under his tenure, Aspect was recognised by SPI Research as one of the 2016 “Best-of-the-Best Professional Services Organizations” based on performance. Ken has 20 years of leadership experience, an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Hampton University.
Eric Johnson
Chief Information Officer
Eric joined Momentive in 2019 and oversees its information technology vision and roadmap. He drives priorities around security, data infrastructure, business intelligence and tools to support success at scale. Previously, he was CIO and SVP at both DocuSign and Talend. Before that, Eric spent 12 years at Informatica driving the vision and strategy for global off-shore support and delivery and architecting the support for its migration to a SaaS platform. He has a B.S. in Industrial Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Eric sits on the board of Larkin Street Youth Services.
Zander Lurie
Chief Executive Officer
Zander is CEO of Momentive and has been on its board of directors since 2009. Previously, he was SVP of entertainment at GoPro and has served on its board since 2016. Prior to that, Zander was SVP of strategic development at CBS Corporation via its acquisition of CNET Networks, where he was CFO and head of corporate development. He began his career in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan. He has a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.A. in political science from the University of Washington. Zander co-founded the nonprofit CoachArt, which serves chronically ill children and their siblings.
Katie Miserany
Katie Miserany is the Chief of Staff and VP of Communications at Momentive. She joined the company in 2019 and leads all communications functions, including public relations, internal communications and analyst relations. Previously, she held marketing and communications roles at Worthwhile Digital, the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce), Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Tiny Prints (acquired by Shutterfly). She has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Rich Sullivan
Rich joined Momentive in 2022 and oversees all aspects of finance, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury and investor relations. Previously, he was a chief financial officer at Acorns and prior to that served as vice president of corporate finance and FP&A at Twitter. Rich also spent more than 10 years as a finance and operations leader with technology and media companies such as DreamWorks Animation SKG and STX Entertainment and served as VP of Investor Relations for AT&T. Rich holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Hamilton College.
